After a high-energy day exploring Caen, Day 3 was all about knowledge and growth. We took advantage of the beautiful weather to start our morning with invigorating outdoor energizers, setting a positive tone for a day of learning.

The highlight of our morning was a deep dive into Erasmus+ Opportunities. We were incredibly lucky to have a presentation led by our Hungarian partner, a true veteran who has participated in over 60 Erasmus+ projects!

Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of:

- The vast scale of the Erasmus+ program.

- How it provides life-changing opportunities for people of all backgrounds.

- The mobility and educational paths available to them beyond this week.

🎭 Learning by Doing: The Youthpass Workshop

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to Youthpass, the official tool for recognizing non-formal learning in our project. Led by one of our French participants, this session was interactive, creative and hands-on!

To understand the 8 Youthpass Competencies, we turned to the stage:

1. Research: Participants were divided into four international teams to research specific competencies.

2. Performance: Each group then presented their findings through **theatrical role-play**.

3. Impact: By acting out scenarios, the "United Chefs" didn't just read about skills like "Multilingual Competence" or "Digital Competence" - they lived them! We were blown away by the creativity shown during the role-plays.

Reflection

As always, we concluded the day with a feedback session. It’s clear that our participants are starting to realize that this week isn’t just a trip, it’s a major step in their personal and professional development.

The theory is done... now, are we ready to get our hands floury?
